Every session is relaxed, playful, and personal, with gentle guidance to capture authentic smiles, laughter, and the little moments that make your family story so special.

Where Your Family Memories Come To Life
My family sessions take place outdoors at a pre-determined location, chosen to highlight your family’s personality and connection. I have some of my favorite spots, such as wheat or flower fields, lush green treed areas, or the beach, but I am always excited to hear your ideas and create a session that feels personal and meaningful.
Every session is designed to be relaxed, playful, and filled with authentic moments. From laughter and hugs to candid interactions, each image is captured with intention, preserving the memories of your family’s time together in a setting that feels magical and natural.
Timing Your Family Session
I exclsivly offer family sessions between June and October because I love capturing families in lush, green, and beautiful outdoor settings. Bare trees and brown grass just don’t have the magic I want in your images.
All family sessions are shot at “golden hour” to achieve my signature glowing, vibrant portraits, so you can expect to start shooting about one hour before sunset.
I recommend booking at least four weeks in advance whenever possible. This helps ensure you get the date and location that works best for your family and allows me to plan a session that feels relaxed, fun, and full of natural, authentic moments.
Style Your Story
For the best results, I recommend families wear coordinated colors while avoiding graphics, words, or logos on clothing. I find that simple, timeless outfits photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your family’s connection rather than the clothing.
For men, a plain casual button-up or t-shirt paired with jeans, black, or cream pants works perfectly. For all family members, avoid heavily patterned shirts, as they can be distracting. Also, keep in mind that shoes will be visible in some images, so choose thoughtfully.

Your Session In Action
Your family session will last approximately 60 minutes, giving plenty of time to capture your family’s personality, connection, and special moments. During the session, I will photograph a variety of groupings to maximize variety and ensure that each family member has their own moment in the spotlight.
I will guide you with posing, including where to look, how to stand, and what to do with your hands, so you feel comfortable and natural. We capture both “looking at the camera” poses and candid moments where you are naturally interacting with each other.
My goal is to make the session relaxed, fun, and filled with authentic moments that truly reflect your family’s unique personality and bond.
Session Essentials
To help your session run smoothly and capture the best moments, here are a few things to consider bringing:
• Special items: Beloved toys, stuffed animals, or keepsakes that are meaningful to your family should you want to include them.
• Snacks and drinks: Especially for little ones, to keep energy up and moods happy.
• Layers and accessories: Jackets, hats, or wraps that can add variety and texture to your photos.
• Comfortable shoes: You’ll be walking or standing in outdoor locations, and shoes may be visible in some images.

Inside Your Proofing Gallery
Following your session, I initiate the meticulous process of curating your proofing gallery. This collection features unedited or minimally edited preview images that provide an early glimpse into the exquisite moments we've captured together. Each image is displayed in a streamlined format, allowing you to explore at your leisure and select the ones that resonate with you.
To give you a clearer vision of your final artwork, two to three images in your proofing gallery will be fully edited. These samples demonstrate the level of refinement, detail, and quality you can anticipate in your final gallery, serving as a visual benchmark to instill confidence in your choices.
Your proofing gallery will be delivered within seven days of your session, accompanied by straightforward instructions for making your selections. Additionally, you will receive a sneak peek within 48 hours, allowing you to enjoy a preview while the complete gallery is being finalized.
Your Final Gallery
Your curated gallery is an exquisite collection of finely crafted images that celebrate your family’s unique moments and milestones. Delivered within three weeks of final invoice payment, your gallery showcases your selected favorites from the proofing collection, transformed into a sophisticated and cohesive visual narrative.
Your images are elegantly displayed in a secure online gallery, providing a seamless and enjoyable viewing experience. Here, you can order premium-quality prints, download high-resolution files to any device, and effortlessly share these cherished memories with family and friends or on social media.
This gallery is not merely a delivery platform; it is a treasured keepsake that captures the essence of your family's journey, thoughtfully preserved for you to cherish for years to come.
